As the snow continues to fall this week, my skin grows ever more pale and my winter wardrobe screams for change. I could hunker down and wait for the first sign of spring, or I could take charge and pull out my Kelly Dress from the closet. In jewel purple, it looks great with either knee-high boots for cooler days or flats when the sun is shining bright. Like the first flower to bloom, it is my first piece for the Spring season. It is my personal symbol for hope that the nice weather is waiting just around the corner.
